These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the ability to view and purchase our art work. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. From time to time data entry errors may occur and inaccurate prices may be shown: in such cases we are not required to honour this price.

Shipping 

We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any horseshoes you post to us. You must ensure they are sent securely and that you have arranged the correct insurance with the postal service you use. We offer free postage on most of our products and as such it is 2nd class signed for with Royal Mail or Hermes. If you require a faster service we can arrange this and you will be charged accordingly.

Damage & Loss in Transit.
If this happens with your order please advise us and we will arrange to repair or replace as appropriate. If you do receive damaged goods or a damaged box, please take photographic evidence before opening the box. Please make sure that you sign of it as a damaged package or ask the courier/postal worker to note damaged package/goods not inspected or similar to help with any claim we may need to make later. Please email us or message us a soon as possible, do not return until we have made arrangements for collection or postage. 

UK residents may cancel their contract to purchase goods by formally notifying us within a period of 14 days of delivery. The goods must be returned immediately and we will arrange for postal/collection by email. Items must be undamaged and in as sold as condition. We will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method within 30 days. In addition, please note the following: (i) the following products are not eligible for return: personalised plaques, your own horse shoe crafted into a commissioned piece and commissioned pieces.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Mike Roberts Forge Designs. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
